Private Pass 2002 Directed and written by award winning Dutch film director Pieter Verhoeff. Produced by Egmond Documentary NL. A documentary film portrait of visual artist Leon Adriaans (1944-2004). A portrait of a man who wants to watch over his authenticity that roots in his life with animals, the land and nature. His art reacts strongly on his 'farm scenery'. But he is even well not interested in the art on its own, but in the state of freedom, in which nobody else but himself prescribes what should happen and what should be made. Private Pass premiered at the Netherlands Film Festival in 2002 and was later broadcasted on Dutch tv. (Text©Egmond FT&D 2002)
